Payments & Returns We accept cheque, postal order, most credit & debit cards & paypal. If you wish to pay via cheque/postal order, please contact us & we will provide you with an order form to complete and send back to us with your payment. Please note that items will not be dispatched until payment has cleared. Delivery All orders will be dispatched within 5 working days on receipt of payment, & are sent via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery which will require a signature upon arrival. Bare Faced Cheeks cannot be held responsible for items that are lost or damaged in transit. Should an item go missing we will contact Royal Mail, this can only be done after the package has been missing for more than 14 days. A claim will then be opened, to recover the costs of your item. Returns We can only refund items if they are faulty & you return them within 7 days of receipt of your order. Items that appear to be tampered with will not be refunded. |
