Terms and Conditions.

The trial fee must be received in cleared funds a minimum of 7 days prior to booking.

 Cancellation of a trial 14 days or less prior to booking will incur a £30 cancellation fee. The full trial cost will be non refundable if we have 5 days or less warning, excluding bridesmaids hair or make-up trial where a £30 fee will be payable. Trial dates & times may be subject to change.  After your trial a 50% deposit is required to secure your booking, this deposit is non refundable in the event of cancellation. If you cancel your wedding day booking with 6 weeks or less notice 70% of the package price is payable. If you cancel your wedding booking with less than 1 weeks notice the full amount will be payable.  Parking costs and London congestion charge will be added to price of package if applicable. The first 20 miles of travel are covered by the package price, every additional mile will be charged at £0.40 All packages must be paid in full 2 weeks before your wedding day. The consultants cannot accept cash payments from you. Be sure to let us know the location that you will be getting ready at, if you change the location at any time you will need to inform us in writing. We cannot be held responsible if you change the agreed time and meeting point and don’t contact us. Your consultant will be with you at a time agreed at your trial, which staff at the office will have saved on file. All styling products and make-up will be brought by the consultant unless otherwise agreed. Please refrain from making big hair and make-up decision changes on the day, the consultants have held a trial with you so you both know what is to happen, and so the consultant knows exactly what she is doing and can therefore do it well. She has also worked out her time schedule based on the trial, so if you change things she may not have enough time to complete your style. If you have decided you would like something different from that of the trial run, contact us and we will be happy to have another run through with you prior to your wedding day. We ask that you are ready when the consultant arrives at the agreed time, because she has worked out how long it will take her to do your hair and make-up so you will be ready on schedule. If you are not ready when she arrives, then we cannot be held responsible for any delays in your departure.  It is best if all people having their hair put up on the day don’t wash their hair that morning, as this will make the hair too slippery and we cannot guarantee that the style will stay in place. In the unlikely event of personal illness or any other circumstances beyond the control of the consultant on your wedding day, another hair and/or make-up artist will be sent in her place. If another artist is not available to do so or you decline the offer of a replacement you will be given a full refund.
